These Terms govern use of ClipSave, provided by CRV Apps.

Permitted use

You may use ClipSave only for media you own, media in the public domain, or media you have permission or another lawful right to download and use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with copyright law, the source platform's terms, and other applicable rules.

Prohibited use

• Do not use ClipSave to infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
• Do not attempt to obtain private, access-controlled, deleted, paywalled or otherwise restricted content without authorization.
• Do not abuse, overload, scrape or attack the ClipSave service or processing infrastructure.
• Do not use ClipSave for unlawful distribution, impersonation, harassment or other illegal activity.

Availability

Supported platforms can change their websites and delivery systems at any time. A link that works today may not work later, and some public-looking links may still require platform authentication or be unavailable to automated processing.

No affiliation

ClipSave is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram, Meta, Facebook, X or Twitter. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, CRV Apps does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every post, or suitability for a particular purpose.
